PolyClean 2000 substitute for Acetone and Methylene Chloride Item # 4914-0005
A recyclable and effective replacement for Acetone and Methylene Chloride for use as a cleaner of polyester spray equipment. PolyClean 2000 can also be used up to 3% in dilution in polyester resins to help reduce styrene content and improve cure.

A very low evaporating liquid that is not flammable and is environmentally friendly. It can be used in multiple applications (6-7 cycles) for cleaning polyester equipment

Simply use PolyClean 2000 as a replacement cleaner to Acetone or Mthylene Chloride in the polyester machine. PolyClean 2000 may be recirculated up to 6 or 7 times to flush the system of uncured polyester. PolyClean 2000 will not dry out the rubber machine components nor will it disintegrate the coals in the styrene strainers. PolyClean 2000 does not contain any VOC's. (Volatile Organic Compounds)
